GREAT VALUE. great community

This community was exactly what we were looking for. wonderful staff, KIM. Is AWESOME. Helpful kind and caring. maintenance, what little is needed, comes quick and is efficient. As the parent for a college student knowing the community was safe , well maintained and the office staff would he helpful to our kids was very important and Clearpoint did not disappoint.

Best place ive ever rented at. The office staff is incredible and maintenance is here within hours of submitting an issue. Seriously, i will stay here until i can afford to buy a home.
