Best decision I made
Just moved in everything is wonderful! Kim is the best communication definitely isn’t a issue they are always in the office. I never had maintenance complete orders this fast. I’m extremely happy I moved here I highly recommend making Clearpoint Valley your home. Most importantly to me it’s kid friendly.

So far amazing
Kim in the leasing office is great! So friendly and she made the application and move in process so easy. The office is very very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. In comparison to my old apartment complex (woodland creek), this place has been amazing so far. The price is a little above what I was hoping, but in comparison to everything else on the market right now this is a really good price for what you get. My old apartment complex wanted to raise my rent higher than what I'm being charged here, and you get more here than in an apartment. When I moved in the place was spotless, no weird odors, and the natural light in the home is amazing. They really care about your experience here and I'd recommend this place to anyone! No serious noise complaints either. Pretty quiet all around other than sometimes it sounds like my neighbor either has kids or dogs that are running around, which is to be expected in a family-feel neighborhood. Other than that I never hear my neighbors.
Clearpoint valley review
I've been here just under a year and honestly it's been great ! The staff are amazing and will help you in any units complications and for my first winter here they had the sidewalks nice and clear I don't have many complaints when it's come to the unit itself and the staff my only real complaint is having neighbors that's are Loud and don't respect quiet hours to add on when neighbors have guest or when there's events hosted here many of those vehicles take up parking lot space when they dont reside here in the residential area, I'm looking forward to staying another year with ClearPointValley.
Solidly mid and worse depending on your neighbors
I have lived here for 3 years. Initially, no issues, my apartment was in fairly good shape when I arrived and the rent per month for my 2 bed 1.5 bath (I wanted something that was also 2 floors) at $1150 was great. The trouble started after my initial neighbors moved out and my new neighbors moved in. No assigned parking, the unofficial understanding between building residents on our side of the lot was that each unit got 2 spaces each. My neighbor takes 3 spaces MINIMUM each night and will not move despite asking. Management says tough luck becuase there is no assigned parking. Also they reek of weed day and night and the vents must connect because my unit stinks too. Also playing loud music every night until 1-2am on the weekends is ridiculous. If thats not bad enough, just look out the window every week and see a GRPD officer driving by doing a safety check and occasionally being called to the neighbors becuase they are screaming at each other. Water is included, electricity can be crazy high because the top level retains so much heat in the summer. Stays toasty in winter though. Always doing new things like repaving the near perfect parking lot and making us park down the street, tearing down the old wood dividers in the back yard (making my dog go crazy from 10 male strangers mulling about) and plowing through the forest line with construction equipment (effectively pulling out most of the grass in the back yard and making our building's yards giant mud puddles). Also leads to some swamping when it rains or the snow melts. Have talked to management about it but nothings been done in at least 2 years. Front desk girl is very nice and respectful. Maintenance guy is prompt and efficient. For the cost and proximity to my work, it works for me. I plan to move out soon, though. I saw the current rent, and it went up by A LOT, I would not have signed initially if my unit was listed at the current prices for all the little headaches.
