Love this location

I have lived here since the beginning of August and have loved it since I moved in! The units and grounds are very spacious and very quiet, and it's always nice to see children playing and residents walking dogs. The appliances and heating/cooling in the unit are excellent quality. I also love where Ridgewood is located, both for safety and convenience. Being new to the city, I appreciate that anything I need is within a 10 minute drive! Staff is friendly and grounds are well-maintained. Highly recommend Ridgewood Apartments!

Help

$15 for trash service per month is very high. If more people live in one apartment, does the trash charge increase? Thermostat can’t be controlled without Wfi. RentCafe is extremely difficult to navigate. Auto payments with a checking account is difficult to set up. We have very little time to pay rent and utilities before a late fee is assessed. Paying $20 for parking when I have no car and can’t drive anyway is unreal. It has taken many days to delete the $10 insurance coverage when we have our own coverage
