Country living in the city

I've lived here for about 16 years and have found the complex safe and comfortable. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the buildings are old and need attention which the owners are not willing to undertake. My apartment's sub-floor is crumbling which creates a very interesting feeling when walking bare foot. The quality of workmanship in the renovation which resulted in an $800 increase in the rent, is appalling. I don't know the going rate for apartments in this area, but $2,000/month for 1,300 sq.ft I find excessive. However the beauty of the environment makes it palatable.

Nice place to live

I've lived here for over 15 years. I chose these apartments because of the esthetic quality of the property and the feeling of neighborhood it fostered. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. While the structural integrity is showing its age, it's still a nice apartment and the neighbors are cordial and friendly. I haven't seen anything better in this price range.

Glen Oaks East Review

I have lived here for a few weeks and I love this place. Staff and neighbors are fantastic. Amenities are above average. I do hear the upstairs neighbor sometimes when it's quiet, otherwise no complaints.
