things are great
Madeline on Jul 9, 2020I have nothing but great things to say about the office staff at Three Oaks Apartments. Kudos to Josh and Paige they have been nothing short of pleasant and accommodating. Paige is very professional and quite the problem solver in helping me select my future home. I just can't believe the incredible customer service here. I went in with a lot of doubt and apprehension, but she made it such a comfortable experience. I would recommend this community to everyone! I am looking forward to becoming a part of the Three Oaks Apartment community.

I’m sure it isn’t always easy dealing with all the different personalities! Tonya has always been friendly, professional and happy to help in any given situation. It is nice to have a manager who cares and goes above and beyond the norm. Tonya, Thank you for managing this property the way you do! *note to paragon, I’m sure you’re not paying this top notch manager what she’s worth! Consider a pay raise! She is worth it.
Anonymous on Nov 11, 2019I wanted to say I have enjoyed speaking with Tiffany of Prentis Pointe. She has been so nice in helping me get an apartment. She keeps me to date on everything. I greatly appreciate all of her help.

I have been approved and I am on the waiting list, after all of Bree’s help I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. She explained everything thoroughly and was very professional as well as compassionate and understanding. I am looking forward into joining the Lakeside community and I am forever grateful to Bree for all her help.

I had a great time at Dover Hills Apartment No noise No music especially security 100% free parking parcel service very honest staff very kind their prices very normal
Anonymous on May 17, 2017The apartments here are very nice. However, there has been multiple times where I have came home and smelled weed in the building. And the other night both mine and my roommates cars where broken into. Other than that the staff is great. Matenence is always super quick to respond. The property is well taken care of and the weight room is nice. It's just lacking on the security.

Originally got approved for a 1 bedroom but ended up deciding to go for a 2 bedroom instead with a buddy of mine "alexis" was super heplful in changing the details to a 2 bedroom and getting me and my friend approved very quickly after applying
Cheryl on Jun 15, 2020My husband and I moved here the year 2015. My husband is retired our children are all grown. We have four grand kids soon to be five. We love living here. It just gets better and better! We call this our condo not our apt. Lol. There is never any noise in our building. No traffic of folks coming in or going out. Your neighbors speak. Whenever we had a maintenance problem which was rare they will come right out and handle the issue the staff is wonderful nothing has changed they treat you like family. I love the scenery flowers the birds the landscape is beautiful it's so clean and peaceful here. I love that they have events for family and friends. My grandkids love to come their events. Hotdogs popcorn all kinds of snacks and games for the kids along with the blow up bounce's raffles... Folks have acutally won tv's and if you have a pet they have something for pets too! This is really a good place to live. Wonderful location shopping center ,mall. Cvs right here at us which is great for us to pick up our prescriptions. There's Restaurants and a Park near by. I also love that they have security on patrol at night. I also like sitting out on my patio and watching the birds in the morning. its so quiet and peaceful. Or I can sit by the pool or have a picnic with my family. I remember when my grandsons were around three or four we would go on nature walks ... I called it nature walks they would see the birds and squirrels . We even saw a little rabbit! they learned to count by counting the trees. After the walk it was time for lunch and a nap for all of us. lol when their that young you gotta have have something for them to do It really is beautiful here. Another one of my reasons for living here is before we sold our home my husband was mr. Fix it well that never worked out so good. I remember when I asked him to put up a medicine cabinet in the bathroom I don't know how he put a nail straight into the other wall?? this is such a nice place to live

I enjoy living at Winchell Way. The location is excellent and it is particularly nice to have my building overlook the lake and preserve. The staff are always very helpful and are very pleasant in the interaction I have with them. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I would recommend living here to anyone seeking an apartment.
Anonymous on Sep 27, 2023The location is nice if you want something secluded but may be a downside if you would prefer to be close to stores. It usually takes a few minutes just to get out of the neighborhood. Maintenance is amazing and has almost always come to fix something within 24 hours. They are friendly and professional. My only complaint is having to pay for laundry services, but there is a cheaper laundromat close by.

This is a quiet place to to live. The neighbors are quite friendly. Maintenance handle repairs in a timely fashion. Mobile security patrols the complex late night.
Anonymous on Aug 20, 2020Thank you doesn’t seem like enough as I’m writing this review. I currently live in Texas and in the process of moving back to my home state of Michigan. While I am familiar with apartment living in Michigan, Covid has thrown a lot of additional precautions in place when trying to find an apartment. While I do understand the communities having safety measures in place, communication is key! I have spent money on application fees for 3 different units in which all ran my credit however, not one has called me back. I called and spoke with Juanita who was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. She went above and beyond to get me approved in 2 days. Now the preparation of moving from one state to another just got a little easier. A lot of stress has lifted off of me in communicating with Juanita. I can’t wait to move back home and start my living experience at Park Lane Apartments.

To sum it up in nut in a nutshell, the tour and a tour guide, educated us about the building and explained the different floorplans. that was available. Also all the extra amenities that come with staying there in their building beautiful building, marvelous, layout thumbs up for anyone that’s looking for an apartment.

Property reviewsLaurie M. on Aug 5, 2022
I've lived at 35W for more than 4 years. PROs Great location Modern & well maintained Responsive service staff CONs It's SO LOUD. While I rarely hear other tenants, the work at the Bedrock construction site is torture at times. It's a major inconvenience for those that WFH and Bedrock raises rents instead of insisting they not start work until 8am or giving tenants a break on increases. There is zero bike storage and you cannot use another Bedrock building. You will have a very hard time fitting your bike in the tiny elevator. Speaking of which - they modified the elevator after I moved in. Be very careful before assuming your furniture will fit. I wanted to move a couch out of my place and it's not very bulky. We had to carry it down 9 flights of stairs.
Laurie M. on May 17, 2020I absolutely love living at 35W. The building is very well designed and maintained and I feel safe here. The staff is on their game and very kind. I love the Capitol Park location. However, it is LOUD beyond belief. It's not just the garbage pick ups super early in the morning - the constant beeping that comes from the truck or the dumpsters that get dropped loudly one after another - often around 6AM. Lately, it's the unbearably loud motorcycles and loud music coming from vehicles speeding up and down Woodward and on weekends it can last until or after midnight. It's also the construction which I'll forgive since it's great to see the city being rebuilt. But I've been listening to a loud, piercing, high pitched beep out my window for an hour so far. Other cities like Boston enforce noise ordinances. If Detroit wants to attract residents it will need the funds to do so. I'd rather not keep my windows shut all summer but it's coming to that point. Still, if you're willing to put up with the noise and want to live in the great city of Detroit, I'd highly recommend checking out 35W.
