Great place to live

Quiet, clean, and friendly place to live. Asylum Lake Preserve is a short walk, and the surrounding campus is a wonderful environment of trees, a lovely marsh, and lots of birds. Residents range from students to retirees which makes for a great community. Maintenance request, and other concerns are responded to quickly with great communication from managers and staff.

Pleasant apartment living

I enjoy living at Winchell Way. The location is excellent and it is particularly nice to have my building overlook the lake and preserve. The staff are always very helpful and are very pleasant in the interaction I have with them. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I would recommend living here to anyone seeking an apartment.

Great place

The location is nice if you want something secluded but may be a downside if you would prefer to be close to stores. It usually takes a few minutes just to get out of the neighborhood. Maintenance is amazing and has almost always come to fix something within 24 hours. They are friendly and professional. My only complaint is having to pay for laundry services, but there is a cheaper laundromat close by.
