Living here since May of 2023 now I am happy to report I have had nothing but ongoing great experience. Two recent things - a very quickly answered maintenance call on my AC, VERY grateful for that! And the repaving, not just patching, of our parking lot. This place is top notch! Thank you owners, managers, service people all . . . You are very much appreciated!

I have lived at Willow Creek 1 for the past 4 plus years. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the amenities are great. I enjoy walks along the lakes, the wild animals and the peaceful atmosphere.

I have lived here at Willow Creek 1 for 3 and 1/2 years. It is so quiet and peaceful that all of my visitors comment on it. To be able to see wildlife right out my patio slider is special. The facilities are lovely and very broad. The Clubhouse staff could not be better.

Love the property. Lots of trailes to walk. Beautiful landscape. Buildings are a bit dated and my only structural complaint would be he balcony seems like it's wearing a bit. Otherwise the apartment itself is fantastic plenty of room and I've got a one bedroom.

Hello, I've known about this community since moving to Kalamazoo in 1982, and it always had a good reputation. Now that i have a chance to move in during 2022 ( yah i know, has it been THAT LONG??!!?!) I find they have maintained the excellent reputation as a great place to move to! I love the absolute peace and quiet, proximity to nature, good neighbors, and fast response time if ever there is a need for service. AND THE POOL is so beautiful! I am very well satisfied with what I find here at Willow Creek and Parkview Hills! Recommend!!
