Slow Maintenance

There was dripping in my bathroom ceiling, which of course I had no control over, and it took over a week for maintenance to fix the leak. This resulted in black mold, which maintenance again did nothing about for over SIX weeks. (Interestingly, the day they finally called me to say that they were sending someone to start the process happened to be the day after a scheduled city inspection.)
