It is ok. The parking isn't good. Only one car per unit. If you have 2 cars then you have to park on the street. Kids are loud, but better than it used to be.

It’s a decent place to live. The office staff is friendly. Maintenance responds promptly to your issues. Parking is not the best( one space per unit)The grounds are kept up. Hopefully, you get a decent neighbor. I don’t like the way the townhouses share connections( air vents, water pipes etc) that can be very challenging with the wrong neighbor. Overall it is okay.

Great staff just maintance hasnt fixed my shower and tub since ive been here so me and kids arent able to shower at home have to go somewhere else to bathe.
