It's ok....furnace still not fixed and it's hard to find a parking spot because there 5 cars that never moves

Rents way too high. Staff is always changing. Property is barely kept. Maintenance turnaround time is not good.

Neighbors are noisy throughout the day and night. There are all out violent arguments in the latest hours of the night, at least once a month.

Only been here for just about a month and since being a resident here I have more issues than ever. For the price they want you to pay it should not be any issues going on unless you as the resident did it. I moved in here January 31st notified leasing office of the issues I have on February 3rd it’s now a new month and most of the issues has yet to be resolved. I honestly regret making this a home for me and my family. I can say Regina in the office does her best to make sure everything is noted and get maintenance over.
