Hidden gem

As of right now, i have no complaintz. Its a great location, its quite, and its clean. The loft brick wall, high ceilings and large windows looking out at the Detroit River is unmatched. When the park is complete it will be the best view.

Noisy. Thin windows that you can't open. Shipping and receiving is always a mess. Bad coordination with maintenance. No programmable thermostat. Security isn't very helpful
