Going down hill

We have been here for many years and maintenance has gone down the tubes. We also have to fight to get upgrades even though we have been here for so long.

Good place

We moved here in October. I love the area, the utilities, I have my own parking space, and the leasing office staff is very nice and made us feel welcomed. So far, my only problem is maintenance. I’ve had a few big (to me) issues that took forever to get resolved. I was locked out of my apartment for over an hour in the cold. It took about three weeks to get my stove fixed. Everything else is great, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to stay!
