The staff (office and maintenance) are outstanding, always ready to assist and willing to go an extra mile. Ryszard, the property manager, is awesome. He is patience, professional and friendly, when I reach out to him for assistance, he is willing to answer my questions, or if he is not sure he will research and get back with me in a timely manner. Sending out KUDOs to all the staff (maintenance, front desk and management). The maintenance staff that has provided me service Carlos and Malik Warren provided prompt and professional service. When calling the front desk, they always answer your questions and if unable to provide the answer they will research and call back with the answer. The grounds around the complex are clean which makes me proud to be a resident. A meet and greet event held on 12.19.24 was very nice and a great opportunity to meet the staff. Thank you, Crossroad, for your outstanding service!
