You definitely need to take a tour of the property and the apartment that your assigned! The pictures are not what I experienced. Look out on your balcony for holes in the eaves because they have squirrels living in the attics which jump on you balcony and cling to the screen doors. There was mold in the bathroom ceilings and all around the windows.

I have lived here for 10 years now. Over this past year I have see more care going into the the property again. We seem to have a good staff and maintenance is not emergency only repairs anymore. I love the area and location of this apartment. I like the sizes of the apartments here as well. The pool is so enjoyable during the summer. My biggest concern is the yearly price increases pricing me out and forcing me to move.

Ive been living in Drawbridge for almost a year nos after perviously living here a few years ago and then coming and moving back in! The maintanence team is amazing, the office staff is amazing. Requests are always managed promptly and the ground are kept every morning and the apartment complex themselves are always cleaned and tidy. Community is safe,quiet, and friendly. Amazing place to live.

I've lived here going on ten years now. To be honest, there has been some real ups and downs around here in terms of property care and staffing. I have seen some real improvements in both care and staffing since Carl returned as our property manager this year. I love the location. I feel safe living here. There is easy access to the freeways, shopping, restaurants, hospitals and anything else you can think of. I like that the apartments are bigger than most.
