The maintenance and office staff are very professional, friendly and efficient.

The the appliances are old they keep raising the rent and doing no type of remodeling or updating
Decent Accomodations
For the price, it's not a bad set-up. Maintenance usually responds quickly, the apartments are nice looking generally, and they have good landscaping. Although, if your dogs or children have allergies, landscaping companies spray a ton of insecticide in the summer. I would be careful if a part of your family is sensitive to those products. Unfortunately there are some rowdy neighbors, too, and security doesn't circle like it used to either.
