Not that bad

The parking has a big dip in it so it damages the bottom of my car and the door to our building does not close nor lock so anyone can just walk in

Needs work

This place has been mismanaged for years. Theres so much that need to be done. One washer in the entire building. Could use new carpet on the stairs. Hallways need to be painted.
