Honestly hands down the best place I've ever gone to. I love that its 24 hours and they only give you a late fee by the week after your missed payment and the first week is only $5, unlike other places that charge you $35 after just one missed day. Its clean, all my stuff was safe, you can pay anytime and come into your storage unit at anytime. Best storage facility ever. ... Read more

I used a unit here for about 2 1/2 years and was very happy with the service the entire time. Had no problems with the unit at any moment and it held up against the weather wonderfully. Very easy access in and out and helpful service when needed and not bothered when not needed. Being able to pay online was a very big plus for me. Highly recommend any of their locations. Will use again if in need of storage space. ... Read more

This was a very positive experience during a stressful time in my life. Reserving the garage was simple, the garage was clean and dry, and accessing my things was easy anytime. It is secure and safe. Plus, office staff were very helpful with any questions (I did not have many) and were quick to respond. Cancellation (when I was ready to move to my new home) was fast and simple. I would recommend this facility to anyone. ... Read more

I used this unit for 6 months. Great location. Very easy to use with automatic billing to my credit card. My unit looked brand new - no leaks under the door, no bugs, etc. They take the time to take care of the facilities. 24 hour access. I rented a 10x15 unit. I will use them again. Checking in and checking out was very easy. Great customer service! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Access 24 Self Storage - 3535 44th Street SE include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Access 24 Self Storage - 3535 44th Street SE start from $59 and can go up to $250 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
