Im currently here, it’s extremely quiet. You may hear some sirens but its not bad at all. I love how safe it is with key entry and super nice walkable neighborhood(lookout park side) or very close to downtown! I do think the studios are extremely small but do-able. I wish the parking was a bit better or had some sort of doggie play area but only in a perfect world! Honestly the staff are great and apartments are great! No complaints!

Great location to hospital and health complex. No need to drive. Overall a great place. Highway is a bit noisy but managable. Reasonable cost for access.
