Amenties and community are the highlights. Finding street parking past 7pm is difficult and most of the time I end up parking on a different block. My in unit utilities are not ideal, I have submitted around 20 maintence requests just over six months of living here. They need constant upkeep or replacing.

Clean and safe complex with an amazing staff who is quick to respond to any issue or quesfion that arise. Top knotch amenities. The communiry aspext of the Brix might just be the best part!

Ive lived here for a little over a year and I absolutely love how convenient the location is with a very nice neighborhood nearby and fun restaurants/bars. The staff is incredibly friendly and maintenance is always fast to respond and kind.
