Great location, lots of space in the unit and great urban area and night life! Bonus is theres a market directly underneath the apartment building. Staff is super friendly and throws really nice events.

The location is awesome, if a bit loud and busy from the street. Super clean, with great views, and residents are quiet.

My expirience has been that the apartments themselves are quite nice. However, any attempts to get ahold of staff during business hours have been nearly impossible and resulted in several extra charges on my end as I have had to call after hours emergency teams.

Overall, my experience at the Hendrick was fantastic. Management was always on top of things and easy to contact. My only complaint is noise- some neighbors beside and above my unit would play loud music or move furniture very late at night, but after contacting management, the noise did quiet down a bit. Despite the noise issues, I would still give the Hendrick a 10/10.
