Its quiet, roommates are nice. Only downfall is the bif windows get extra cold in the winter but thats not too bad!

The units are very spacious and the rent is competitively priced for the area. The location is good, but the dangerous risk factors associated with Off Broadway Apartments outweigh these benefits. The property is currently running their security deposit at $99.00 while offering incentive discounts on early months rent. This has seemed to attract non-quality candidates and lowered the bar for applicants that could pose a risk to your health and/or safety to your unit. The leasing office has not been sending emails beforehand informing you on your new roommate moving into your unit, and they are being moved into your unit unannounced. Once an applicant has moved into your unit there is very little to nothing that property management can or is willing to do to address concerns with roommates if they arise, even if tenant is in violation of immediate action policies laid out in the lease agreement. Off Broadway Apartments has no specific accommodations or offerings for college students period. So unless you are moving into a unit where you know everybody in each room, do not make this your college living experience.
