Outside of some significant damage to me and my vehicle by a safety failure in the car elevator , its been a nice place.

The area is quite decent, close to a lot of cool stuff. Could have some better amenities but the living space itself is pretty good. Also the fire brigade on the next street can be noisy but it's alright overall

I've been here for a month now and I have loved it so far. This is my first time living on my own and Lindsay made the transition very easy for us. Lindsay has been a great help anytime we are in need! The maintenance has also been a great help and our neighbors around are friendly.

If you are looking for a place to rent in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids that is a modern space with great value this is the place for you. The staff is super friendly, the common areas are very clean and easily accessible, and individual apartments provide a perfect space to live. The location is awesome as you are walking distance to all things downtown as well as surrounding neighborhoods. You will not regret living in the Lofts.
