The 39,500-square-foot building features 55 one-bedroom units alongside a suite of on-site amenities and services designed to support long-term stability, independence, and dignity.
Developed through a broad and deeply collaborative public-private partnership, Zinnia represents a critical investment in community-based solutions to homelessness. Tenants are referred through a coordinated entry process supported by a state-administered voucher program, ensuring the homes are made available to those with the greatest need.
Zinnia’s trauma-informed design, led by Shopworks Architecture, promotes healing and community integration through light-filled common spaces, calming finishes, and private, secure units. Residents benefit from on-site case management provided by All Roads (formerly Boulder Shelter for the Homeless), who also coordinate access to health care, mental health services, life skills training, and employment support.
The Longmont Housing Authority serves as the property manager, ensuring Zinnia remains a stable, supportive, and well-maintained community.
