Zinnia’s trauma-informed design, led by Shopworks Architecture, promotes healing and community integration through light-filled common spaces, calming finishes, and private, secure units. Residents benefit from on-site case management provided by All Roads (formerly Boulder Shelter for the Homeless), who also coordinate access to health care, mental health services, life skills training, and employment support. The Longmont Housing Authority serves as the property manager, ensuring Zinnia remains a stable, supportive, and well-maintained community.
