Wish the hot tub would stay working. Parking seems overcrowded, some vehicles have jacks under them.

Better care of the outside grounds needs to done. Trees are badly needing trimming of dead branches. . Staff and maintenance folks in general have been friendly and responsive.

Living at Stonebridge has been convenient due to the location. However, it needs improvement. It needs to repair the parking lot. Way too many hazardous potholes that could potentially ruin a car driving through. Trees should be trimmed better. The smell of pot smoke coning through vents should not be happening - although I heard the issue was being addressed. It was good the outside was freshly painted. Rent is high for such small older apartments with no storage. I do appreciate the nice maintenance staff and front office folks.

I've lived here at StoneBridge for just over half a year. The experience has not been perfect, but the staff is highly communicative and always incredibly kind (Stan and Mike, the maintenance staff, especially). The handful of issues I've had with my unit have been addressed promptly and resolved as quickly as possible, and I appreciate that a lot. The amenities are great, and I feel very safe living here. I'd recommend living here to everyone!

Management staff not always available or helpful. A lot of third party work which means it's hard to hold apartment company responsible. The apartment looked good through photos with filters, but the over 25 year old complex needs work. Overall, its clean enough to just move in. Parking is tough when you come in later and the complex and tenants do not respect the handicapped spaces as snow is piled up in those spots and tenants park halfway between spots making it hard to use.
