Wonderful location, helpful staff

I've lived here for over a year and love the location and apartments. It's easy to get to everything in Longmont and the staff is very helpful. The apartments are well maintained and neat. The residents are generally friendly, though noise and/or odor can be an issue depending on which building you're in and where in the building you live.

Review of aparrment

Awesome management – Ms. Wilkins and Kaylee J. are genuinely approachable and respond to concerns and issues with patience, understanding, and compassion in a reasonable timeframe. The Maintenance team (Kolin/Brandon, etc.) are amazing and no job is too great for them. The community is comprised of good people who look out for each other. Examples: One dark, rainy night I lost my car fob and a tenant I did not even know got his flashlight, searched the grounds, and found my fob! Last year I broke my ankle and was in a cast/boot and tenants saw me and volunteered to pick-up my Amazon packages in the locked locker area. Sadly, due to life changes, I am leaving WM@HJ and will deeply miss the fantastic staff, and a safe environment that is well lit all night. Most of all the goodness in people who work and live at WM@HJ makes it an enjoyable place to call home. This truly has been a luxury lifestyle!

great location for recreation and access to hwy

I've lived here since January. This location is close to biking/walking trails I use daily and close access to Hwy 119. Right next to Costco. Grounds are well kept and people here are friendly. Whenever I have a question for office staff, I get helped pretty quickly.
