We love it here. The pool and hot tub is always clean and taken care of. When you put the maintenance order, they will take care of immediately. You can here noises in the apartment but when upstair walking or vacuuming or dryer is on. The rent could be lower though.

The maintenance staff are amazing! They know what they are doing - no guessing. Respond withing a day to any maintenance requests. Noise from Ken Pratt can be a bit much - especially at night and mostly on weekends when the car racers are out racing their cars.
