Great location poor staff
If you're looking to live in downtown Longmont, this could be the right spot for you. However, it's important to note that there are staffing shortages in the area, which affect the quality and turn over rate of leasing agents and property managers. Additionally, the use of ozone machines by RPM to tackle pet odors may be a concern for those with allergies, as the treatment can affect both humans and animals and may spread through the ventilation system. On a positive note, the residents are friendly pet lovers, which creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

Roosevelt Park Apartments
5 years It is a fairly friendly, trustworthy community There is very little upkeep of the building. The hallway carpets are needing to be REPLACED not cleaned they stink even when cleaned. Stairways are not properly cleaned. Window have not been washed in more than a year. apartments wall are not properly maintained between tenants. Oven/stove ventilation does not work....sets off smoke detector often
