Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Rent $35/month. Great apartment!

I've been living at Farm Haus for almost two years. The staff has always been gracious and accommodating and the maintenance team is very helpful. The location is great, the views from my apartment are stunning, and I love the layout. My two critiques are not the apartment manager's fault but nonetheless issues that affect my experience. 1. There is another complex being built across the street from my building, which means constant noise and dust. The noise starts promptly at 7 am every morning, even on Saturdays, which disrupts my sleep and at times, my work (I work from home). 2. It took over a year and a half of me living here to get to use the pool. Again, not the apartment manager's fault as there were construction issues but it still affected my experience. Additionally, even though the pool and hot tub were not open, residents never got a discount on amenity charges, and the rent continues to rise every renewal.

Kindness from staff/residents; Beautiful view!

Highly highly recommend Farm Haus apartments, especially Building D! My adult daughter had to break the lease due to a medical emergency and the team at Farm Haus (Alli is the best!) was fair, honest and caring. Going to miss my new friends (C & S) that helped me through a rough week. The apartment was spotless, beautifully laid out (2 BR) and checked all the boxes (garage available; w/d in unit; SS kitchen appliances; gigantic granite counter; walk in pantry & closets; LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION; and the view of the mountains - stunning!!!
