Union Pointe Apartments

Its a great location. Amenities changed over the past 2 years . Pool is no longer year round - this changed during one of the warmest winters and last winter it was not really usable due to one of the heaters breaking. After smart installation my apartment has experienced several AC malfunctions all of which resulted in hours of maintenance and random workers coming into my apartment to fix it, all the while the front desk staff seemed to be clueless about the reason my apartment had so many issues. I received a $500 discount when they thought they had fixed it and the problem continued for another 3 months this is all over a 6 month period I had been dealing with my AC breaking they were no more discounts offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I don’t feel comfortable with the office staff because i felt them to be completely incompetent of knowing what was going on with my apartment and their ability to handle the situation due to hiring incapable people and me Knowing more about my appartments heating history i felt i had to micromanage the situation. Communication and otherwise. I currently still have a fan that is constantly running inside my apartment. Overall, this would have probably received a 5 star rating after my first year here though the quality of staff and aminities has declined over the years.

Best Place I've Ever Lived

We love it here. We're in such a great neighborhood and the apartments are really nice. The finishes are top-notch in the units and the amenities are top-notch as well. Especially love that the staff in the leasing office is so good at helping us out when we need assistance on anything.

Union Pointe

I have been here two years. Facility is very well-maintained with plenty of amenities including a dog park. Management is friendly and addresses any issues promptly. More importantly, I feel very safe here.

We enjoy living here and feel very safe. The only struggle is parking sometimes, the lot is small and it can be difficult to find an open spot.
