Fireplace doesnt work, hot tub doesnt work, outdoor grills need cleaning, the mulch gardens around the grounds are falling apart.

I have been in contact with Tia, an administrator for this complex, who confirmed my address with me over the phone and assured me that a check was being mailed to me. Brian, the manager, told me that he would investigate the matter further after speaking with the bank, as I have yet to receive my check. He also shared that the company owes him back pay as a manager and expressed understanding for my frustration. Nevertheless, I have not received any updates, and my phone calls a always put on hold and then get disconnected! According to my bank, there is no record of any communication from the company regarding this issue, except for the initial debit from my account for the holding deposit fee, which was to be refunded minus a $13.00 processing fee if the holding was no longer needed and 72 hours' notice was provided, which was given in excess of the required timeframe. Can someone explain to me why a refund cannot be returned via a reversal of the original transaction back to my account instead of being returned by check? A check I have still as of today...NEVER received!

Living bere has been amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful and they host very cute events all the time. Sometimes the parking can be a little rough but thats the only downside. I love loving here!
