Quite staff needs improvement

Lived in my apartment for 4 years, square footage is on small size for amount. Hard to get ahold of staff at times. One washer and dryer per building( 8 apartments). Very good location, close to stores, close to schools and parks. Very quiet neighborhood

Parking confusing

The building itself is nice enough. Neighbors are friendly. Parking is a bit confusing and the assigned spots don't make sense. The website is hard to navigate and I cant seem to access my parking permit, that we pay for.
