New Owners and new look

Since moving here on the property at 3230 Lake Park Way we have loved the location, the staff as well as the amenities. The pool has been a blessing in the summer, the grills are easily accessible and the clubhouse is great. I am hopeful that the new owners hire more staff for pick up and litter control as the previous owners did not show an interest. Our portal to pay rent is easy and effective. I know exactly what I am paying for each month. Thank you again to the new owners (Fairfield) SkyRock Apartments for being here for us all.
