Lived here for nearly 8 years, seen a lot of property management come through. The current one as of 2025 is easily the worst so far. Couldn’t get utilities figured out for months after acquisition. Maintenance can't order parts they need, like (doors). Aside from the carousel of management, these units we’re hastily built. Non existent sub flooring, causing insulation issues and humps/dips all over the floors. Which also is causing large spaces between the molding and floor. There’s a bad electric problem that results in you not being able to plug a normal amount of electronics in without blowing the circuit. Electricians have all given varying diagnosis, so who knows. Would not recommend this place to anyone at the moment, probably not in the future either given the track record.

It would be nice to have fire alarms that work and dont intermittently go off at all hours of the night because they are old and need changing. The amenities are also lacking as the only one we have is a gym with outdated equipment

I've lived here for 5 years. We like the location, but the property has gone down hill. Residents are noisy and leave trash out. People park in the road blocking traffic. Things break down frequently. Neighbors show very little respect for each other. Pet waste isn't picked up.

For what we pay monthly we should be getting a better support system for our community. Parking has always been a pain point here with visitors parking in assigned spots and residents parking where ever they like at times blocking alleys and main roads. Its a great place to live but needs some love. Hopeful that Coast can provide that.
