We are really happy that we found this place. The location is great and the space of the apartments too. Maintenance requests are attended incredibly fast and efficiently. The garages are a bit expensive though. Management is investing heavily on improving the buildings. However, there could be a better grip on respecting the residence's policies such as cleaning up after your dog (this is a major opportunity) and ensure compliance of assigned parking spots.
