Best apartment i’ve lived in

Alton Heartwood exceeds expectations. The building and units are beautiful and clean. Common areas, landscaping, and hallways are regularly maintained - it feels like a hotel. Property staff is always so kind and helpful. The area is great for groceries, shopping, movies within walking distance but also access to endless hiking trails. Any other shop you could need is a short drive away. Lots of community perks for residents. Its a higher end property but well worth it.

Fist time resident

Convinient location and clean new building makes me feel cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful. However there are many dogs, big dogs without face covers, we’ve seen unleashed dogs, fighter dogs like pitbull barking loud and makes poeple scared: I wish this could be fixed to make all residents feel more safe.
