I've lived in this community for 2 years. Great management / maintenance team and the apartments have wonderful 360 views of the Sound, Mt. Rainier and the Olympic Range. Highly recommend
We moved in back in April and from the beginning the staff here gas been amazing. Very repsonisve, friendly and helpful. This was a big reason we ended up here and continued to enjoy it. Building is nice, aparments are very nice. We are happy we moved here.

Apartments are overpriced for what you get. I'm not sure if some apartments are nicer than others but our definitely doesn't look like the pictures posted. Maintenance comes and fixes things quickly and amenities are great but the price of the apartments outweigh the benefits for me.
This is only the second time in my whole life. I have lived in an apartment complex. The Woodcreek Apartments have been really nice. I have a handicap accessible apartment and I’ll love it. It has two sliding glass doors side-by-side, which makes one wall looking back out over to The backyard, which is really awesome. I get to watch the squirrels, rabbits, and even a big fat raccoon. I have lived here for three years and the staff is so accommodating and nice to work with.

We have lived here since June of 22, and overall the experience has been positive but mixed. The dog park is a great feature but must be maintained more, and noisy upstairs neighbors were a problem. However, the location is great and quite quiet too. In addition, the maintenance crew and lawn Care people have improved substantially since we first arrived. The staff is pleasent and kind, as well.

Let me start by saying the location of The Henry is truly unmatched. It is right on the Foss Waterway, so you have the canal, boats, walking paths, restaurants, and even museums right outside the property. The Light Rail is also nearby so we can go downtown easily. Next, the staff is phenomenal - caring, helpful, attentive, and friendly. They immediately made us feel like we have a home, that we are part of their community. That seems rare nowadays, so it is a wonderful thing to experience! And the property itself? It ticked off all our checkboxes - nice community room, secure parcel delivery lockers, 2 gym rooms, outdoor grills, secure parking (and another parking garage for guests), and since it is a pet friendly property there is even a dog bathing station and rooftop "bathroom" area (but most people just walk outside to the very large grass areas that have bag stations). After 4 months here we are LOVING it!!! So happy we chose The Henry! A special shoutout to Brandi and Melissa - you are the best! Thanks for making us feel like family.
I have no complaints. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

it's been interesting living here. lots of places to shop and explore nearby.
We have just moved in a month ago but we are in love with this property. There is a ton of natural lighting and the location is in the center of everything. The staff are very helpful and quick to respond to maintance requests. Manuela is a dream office manager...always going above and beyond to make sure we are happy and taken care of.

The buildings are a little old, but maintenance does a good job of getting to issues quickly. My unit was renovated and looks very nice. It’s a really quiet place to live, though sometimes there isn’t much parking for visitors.
Give it a chance under new management

Love living here and a good place close enough to work.
Home since 2019 and since new owners it has been very comfortable to live in. Maintenance is always on top on things and emergency requests. Neighbors are always friendly and keep to themselves. It’s a great place to live and close to freeway. Very convenient to kids schools. Thanks.

They are all great the only thing I can say is they need better cleaning people ( they do not clean very well) need to get extra help for all the yard work. There are to many dead trees and bushes

We’ve lived here for over 4 years and have enjoyed it. Great location close to the freeway. Quiet in the back of the complex.
The gym says 24-hours access but the office is closed and the gym is only open during office hours. There's been no updates and no consistency with the office being open or notifying the residents when the office is closed

I've loved living in this location. It's extremely walkable and feels very safe to me. The unit itself is great and whenever there's been issues maintenance and staff have been very responsive.
This building is in one of the best locations in Seattle. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. The building itself is nice and simple, with a very convenient door system. The building manager is a little bit lazy, as when we moved in there were a handful of things we needed to address and have fixed. But otherwise, great spot.

The staff in the office is amazing and very helpful! Parking is plentiful and the townhomes themselves are great quality, condition, and spacious. Only downside is being so close to the train tracks/how often the trains come by and the favt that the walls in between the townhomes dont block out as mhch sound as I would like.
Close to the train tracks but you get used to it.
