Elan Redmond is great in terms of location

Been here for a month now . The property is great in terms of cleanliness , location responsiveness of the maintenance person. However they can do better in terms of parking , area is also noisy as there is construction work going on nearby.

Mostly a good place to live.

I really wish the soundproofing between apartments was better. It's getting really annoying hearing my next door neighbors argue or have sex in the middle of the night. Or hearing my upstairs neighbors when they tromp around or drop things.

Nice Building

Clean building. Nice employees running the front desk. Mediocre communication when it comes to the property manager and visiting apartments. Last inspection resulted in several photos being taken around the apartment when we were informed it would only be a quick view from the hallway - bummer. Other than that, average value for the price and a great location.

Okay Place to live

I've only been living here for a couple of days - the floor of my shower is squeaky, and I hope there aren't any noise complaints. Also, the walls are thin, as I've heard conversations and noises I'd rather not hear.
