Need replacement appliances

My fridge makes such loud noises 24/7 non stopping and relentless. I have complained about it more then 5 times and every time they say if its working then its fine, well maybe but its not fine when you cant sleep every single night due to the sound. Plus to add on top of all that it wont even freeze my ice packs so I have to take all my ice packs to work to freeze them, anyway enough complaining from me. ps my dryer and washer both suck and have to rum them twice to do any damage. okay now im done lol.
