Be careful! They may offer you a free month or 50% off, but they will charge you around $1,200 additional each month. You'll be responsible for all costs, including parking your cars. By the way, if you think you can park there, keep in mind that there is often no parking available, and sometimes you may need to park your car two miles away from your unit. Additionally, they may increase your payments without your knowledge. Don't trust them!
