Going downhill

I have been here at Vale for 1.5 years and in the last six months I can say that things have definitely gone downhill. The previous manager left and her interim manager didn’t do much to keep up the same standard. Now that we have a new manager She is trying to get things back to with the way they used to be but I think she was handed a s@!t sandwich. The cleanliness of the common areas has gone down significantly there’s trash in the hallways and things like door handles that lead to the outside are broken. The dumpster area is in disarray and the rolling indoor dumpsters keep getting put closer and closer to my car. I can no longer open my door all the way and I’m worried that one day they will eventually roll into my vehicle. For the last 3 months I have been hit with late fees on my rent, even though I have direct deposit. After going through and seeing the issue is on their end, not mine, I so far have only been refunded for 1 months worth of fees. I loved this place so much when I moved in and it was worth every penny, but now it’s really a bummer and super disheartening.

Apt. review

It is an ok place, but for paying over $2500 a month it is asinine on a place that didn't take any due diligence when being built. We have blinds installed that restrict us from opening our windows. we have had a door installed incorrectly since move in that would not latch, lack of insulation around our balcony door that continually lets in drafts and have had drawer handles come off. It seems like the apt. is nice to look at superficially but is shoddily built. Having the gym and nest is nice, but having a building built with foresight would be better.
