I live a quietly and comfortably here

I have lived here for 2 years, my kids have lived here for 5 years. My unit is top floor, it is quiet and we never have any issues. Maintanence comes on time if needed, but almost never need to file a request. There is a gym and many trails to walk around the area.

The stairs should be cleaned more frequently, and the pool should be able to be used independently of the office, pool access allowed every day until 9pm

Satisfied

Some issues with sound, cleanliness and smells, these are more tenant issues than management. The amenities are challenging to use with off times and management not being available. Overall, the apartment itself is beautiful. Maintenance is amazing. For those reasons we have no intention to leave.
