Maintenance never shows up and there is literally no parking. Also, way overpriced for amenities too.

Maintenance and response to issues and concerns about landscaping, maintenance inside apartment, Boise concerns, parking is very slow and below required state law resolution times.

I am really disappointed with the lack of maintenance on site. I have had amenities in my apartment break down and no help for 2 weeks to a month at a time. Maintenance is no where to be found at this apartment complex and essentially non existent.

The walkways need to be more maintained (snow, trees bushes etc). They are a hazard.
