Information

There is so much information that needs to be provided to new tenants. that you don't do. Example, how to pay, that there is ANOTHER bill that comes monthly from Conserve and how to set up an account and pay for that. Proved a simple checklist with all the items and all the expected actions. And how to control the heat - nothing seems to work, and how to control the fireplace - the "controller" doesn't work. And that the garages are extremely narrow so car doors can't be opened. And that units are not set up for Comcast - you have to find that out after you move in. So - no internet or cable until a service person can come. Things like that would be nice to know. Thank you.

Likin' it here so far

I am loving my apartment and community here at the VUE as the amenities are lovely and well-kept, the apartments are spacious and well-insulated. I wish parking was a little easier to work with as it can be a challenge to find a spot that is free, and it fills up fast.

Don't Do IT!

This place has changed hands recently and has a whole long list of issues. I'd recommend not living here. It's loud, amenities are horrible, maintenance is not good, the staff is clueless and doesn't communicate anything. We are hoping to move soon!

2 pet max, 60 lbs weight limit for dogs. $200 deposit. $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
