My neighbors above me are inconsiderate loud drunks

I had loved everything about living here, the convenience to downtown Issaquah. I am close to my job, healthcare, and recreational opportunities. In the last year everything changed. My new Neighbors above me in 220 apartment 308 are loud Inconsiderate drunks I have called the police on them three times including Christmas morning for being disruptive the police report will say they agreed that they are loud and drunk, but cannot do anything about it. As I write this now, my ceiling is vibrating. I am very tired of it.. forgot to mention, they also dented my car in a drunken fight in the parking lot.. To sum it up, I’m not happy.

Cute area, that’s about it

The management now seems to actuallt be trying to improve the livinf conditions and are very responsive (unlike the other managers over the last year). The parking lot is a mess, someone is going to break their neck walking where the water FLOWS into the wntire lot and freezes over. Most of thr units appear empty and someone the shared utilities costs are astronomical. Pool was usable for 2 weeks in the last year and some change ive lived here. Additional amenities like the gym and pool table are inaccessible since the community building is only open during business hours. At least i have four walls and a toilet that (sometimes) works.

Been loving it here for 6 years. Unfortunately my new neighbors above me are inconsiderate and loud. I want them either to learn to be a good neighbor like everyone else or leave

Management is nonexistent

Management does not follow up on complaints or incorrect charges on tenant accounts. Less than 48 hour notice for unit inspections. Grounds are poorly kept and laundry rooms hold black mold. Location is OK
