Overall pretty good

Lived here for 3 years, and it's been nice. Location is awesome, walking distance to town and a ton of trails. Older apartments that have been upgraded pretty well. Noise level is good (we are top floor). Garden apartments, so you only share one wall. We never can really hear our neighbors. It is however, very frustrating that amenities have not been restore for the last two years (pool, hot tub, gym, community space), and continue to be closed or VERY limited. You would expect that without amenities of any sort, rent would be lowered at least a little to compensate. Staff is friendly and maintenance has always been taken care of quickly.

We have opted to do an appointment-only system for the time being to ensure we are in compliance with current Covid guidelines and restrictions.
