Great location

Living here is has been up and down it has a great school district and is in a good area. The down side is the buildings seem old and the maintenance does quick patch work thats cheap. The carpets have been installed poorly and the paint on the walls is easily marked and hard to clean.

Decent, I wish maintenance was more dependable

Lately, maintenance doesnt fix things correctly. I usually end up needing to contact them right away for the same issues.

I have kids attending Sunny Hills elementary school, so it is a very convenient place to live when they can walk to school every weekday.

New but happy so far

My daughter has lived here for a number of years and she is who recommended to me to live here. So far I am very happy. The maintenance man I have met, Steven, has been a huge help to my enjoying the area. He is very prompt and respectful and that makes putting in requests a nonstressful experience. If he is any reflection on the community I have complete faith I will have a very comfortable life here.
