Nice location

I have lived here since March 2019. I enjoy the fact that it is so close to the QFC square and there is an elementary school and a middle school nearby. However, the noise level is a little high because of that. The waiting time for the maintenance team to come and fix my problems is too long and sometimes it is hard to get in touch with them in time.

Great location

Living here is has been up and down it has a great school district and is in a good area. The down side is the buildings seem old and the maintenance does quick patch work thats cheap. The carpets have been installed poorly and the paint on the walls is easily marked and hard to clean.

Lately, maintenance doesnt fix things correctly. I usually end up needing to contact them right away for the same issues.

I have kids attending Sunny Hills elementary school, so it is a very convenient place to live when they can walk to school every weekday.
