Great Location, clean and functional home

Been here for 2 months, have found that the location is ideal for both access to the city as well as the connection to nature. House is great, no major conplaints except for the handles on the kitchen drawers, master bathroom has no door, upstairs is quite warm with afternoon sun. Parking is tricky as the access road is quite narrow. Gaps under fences are a little too high for smaller dogs if there are larger dogs next door. Amazing views nestled in the trees next to Snoqulamie Trail.

Peaceful community

I've lived here with my 3 kids for almost 4 months, and we love it. The community is beautiful, quiet, peaceful and well maintained. Community management responds quickly to any issues. We love having quick access to the trail and how close it is to the river and to restaurants and shops on Main St. I wish there was a community clubhouse or a gym or other amenities on the property, especially considering what the residents pay to live here. Overall, we've been very happy!
