I've enjoyed the staff and the team here. I admit I haven't lived in an apartment complex for a long time and to be fair I'm glad. It's not fun. Echo ridge, like all apartment complexes, is overly expensive and under whelming. I get it. We can't really afford to live anywhere else or we wouldn't live here. However, it would be really nice to know that if we're spending an exorbitant an amount of money to live here, it would be nice if it was built well, insulated from sound, and had some decent amenities.... None of which apply. I know my comments aren't going to change anything but it would sure be nice if they did. Robert

The location and people are great. Our apartment unit could really use some upgraded appliances, specifically a new dryer. We've put in multiple requests for it to be serviced. Each time we receive a band aid or another old, but new to us, dryer is brought in. Understood that appliances are hard to come by right now, but it's time for a NEW dryer...
