Clean and convenient

I have lived at Falgrove for 4 yearr now and I have been mostly happy with my apartment and complex amenities overall. It is clean, very conveniently located on 108 and Q, and the most important factorbfor me it is strictly non smoking community.

Review

I like living here. Occasionally the neighbors above us walk heavily on the floor but they don't make excessive noise. Those who smoke don't usually get far enough from the building that the smoke travels back through the hallway or come in the balcony door. Some people put things in the door to keep it open yet many of them don't live in this building or at this complex. That is all that I have at this time.
