its ok
I have been here for almost 7 yrs now. I think raising the rent 50 every year is rediculous. Its hard to get things fixed around here , and I have been flooded out of my apartment and nothing done to fix the problem. I am on the bottom floor and when it rains hard the water comes pouring in my back window and floods the apartment. I should be able to get another apartment for no cost . I have complained about my upstairs neighbor playing music loud and nothing is ever done about it.

The place needs renovation
I have lived here for more than 10yrs so i have seen changes but none since new management . The place is going down. the place needs painting, garages needs fixing gutters and roofing and the parking lot needs repairing . Come on guys lets get it done sooner than later. Its a great location. The inside needs updating it still has 1990's appliances and cheap carpet . I don't want to move but if i don't see some improvement soon that an option! Thanks for listening ! My experience at Woodland Pines has been good until the last two years alot of promises with little results.

Quiet, nicely naturally lit apartments. Great location and access to highway. Fewer amenities than I would like but cozy living.
