Its ight
The maintenance guy is awesome! I had the same unit layout a 2 years ago. It was $300 cheaper than the unit i have now. The only difference is that now i have a balcony. I dont think the balcony is worth $300. Also, my apartment has been 80 degrees inside for the past 2 months. Some of the neighbors are sketchy but some of the neighbors are great. Other than that, i have no complaints.
Great place for the price!
Have only had great experiences here. Reaching out to maintenance is super easy and quick. Rent is low and the in-unit washer and dryer make it even more worth it. Neighbors are pretty to themselves and quiet. No complaints here!
Verified Renter
People can smoke cigarettes in their units. They can also bump music till 4am on any given day. Management will do absolutely nothing about it.
quiet and convienent
I have lived at Woodland Pines for over 11 years. I do like that it is so close to 680 and overall it is pretty quiet. I haven't had any problems with neighbors and compared to other apartments, there is a lot of space inside.
