Could be better
It's been fine living here, but I know that some things could be better with the apartment.
Management has went downhill
I've lived here since August of 2022. At that time, Tammy was the on-site manager. Since then, it has changed hands and is about impossible to get ahold of management. Also, the sewer backed up (which happens) and the maintenance person busted in while my girlfriend was sleeping and used her lululemon leggings, our bath rug and a shirt to sop up the sewer mess. When asked if management would reimburse us for the damaged items (why didn't he have his own towels) they told me to contact our renter's insurance. It started out a good experience and ended really badly. Will be glad to be gone from these apartments.
