Good place, but need improvement

Still good living after a year and half, but there's an issue of mold in the stairway leading to the ground level apartments where I live. I saw either cleaning/maintenance staff coming to clean and vacuum the area but I'm not sure if they brought up the wall full of mold and wet carpet due to the heavy rains lately.

Needs better management

The property manager does not respond to emails about anything. I have had an issue with being overcharged on my rent, and have sent numerous emails and have not gotten any responses.
