Legacy Commons has a great office staff! Maintenance is very on top of work orders. The location is very lively and there are plenty of amenities and fun things to do around the area. Very dog friendly, as well!

I've lived here over thirty years .

    5/5 Mark W. on Apr 28, 2023

After coming from city where the prices to rent are double and triple rents here, and the noise and cleanliness is far better then where I came from. This complex has been a God send after years of being put through so much.

We are in the middle of a parking lot overall so that's not on you. However our rent has skyrocketed but I have ten year old carpet paint blinds flooring cupboards etc. I am paying the same as someone moving in with all the upgrades.

I have lived at Woodland Pines for over 11 years. I do like that it is so close to 680 and overall it is pretty quiet. I haven't had any problems with neighbors and compared to other apartments, there is a lot of space inside.

    2.5/5 Heather T. on Nov 18, 2020

Maintenance man Dave seems to not be very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. Notice should be given to residents know when to expect repair work. Notes should be left with resident explaining what the problem was & how they fixed it if they are not home. Dave also caused damage to out vanity when he removed his tool bag off the top of the vanity counter in bathroom.
