Great, but...

First impression great. Can hear neighbors pretty easily though. Apartment was not clean, besides the carpet, and ready for move in. Hair in drains, mold, greasy cabinets, and a film of dust and dirt on most surfaces. Great location, amenities and parking. Staff is very nice but not well trained.

Real Apartment Home

This is the first apartment that I have truly felt like it is a home as opposed to a place I pay rent to keep my belongings at. It feels comfortable. The community members are incredibly kind, It is quiet at night, I feel peace when I am here. Totally worth every penny of rent. Also between the amenities available and how quickly the maintenance team responds to issues it feels closer to a vacation rental! Two pools, a fitness center, and convenient laundry on site? What's not to love!

I love living here. The area is beautiful and there are many restaurants and stores nearby. But honestly, I feel that it is getting too expensive to live here. The rent keeps going up and I just don’t know if it’s worth it anymore
