Excellent cheap living

I've lived here for now 3 years and it is an excellent renting option for students and people on the lower side of the income bracket. Has great balcony, plenty of living room space and close to UNO, UNMC, aksarben and a few grocery stores.

Nice apartment complex!

I have lived here for almost 5 years and have really had no major issues. The staff is friendly and the maintenance takes care of everything. The apartments are very large for a fair price. However there are not very many amenities.

Not the worst ¯\_(?)_/¯

It's an old complex. The walls aren't very soundproof and parking can be a bit hard to find for some buildings. That being said I have no problems with my neighbors, had same day service when an emergency (leak from unit above) occurred, and have had no issues with management.
